I've been doing my Indian rain dance since last week. You can never have too much clean water.
USA is a reactive country ??? - interesting comment countries cannot be reactive only people. Looks like the American people are passive and reactive people. That is easy to change beginning with the one who made that comment. Maybe he can be the leader and lead the way instead of being passive and reactive.
It doesn't matter. All the water in the world can't wash away that filth. It will just dry out and grow back.
