Several layoffs in Wallingford CT today. Many lose jobs, benefits, earned bonuses. Not the big wigs though, they will probably get the accumulated bonus $$$$$

if people from that group are targeted, replacements from the same group will be hired - to provide the appearance that people from specific groups are not targeted.
If you cannot drive revenue, and you tell "the street" that you will remain flat in 2016 then chopping heads will make the bottom line look a little better. Currently the brass sees you as a money maker when you are gone. What a great company.

I think it is safe to say any call center that is not unionized as well as Managers, the remaining few Managers with least seniority and pay will absorb additional employees in to their teams. Cutting the fat as they would say, where ever money can be saved.

I am not in a position to know, but it would stand to reason that most if not all of the call centers will be outsourced. So the reps might get to keep there jobs but no one above them will.
And if you look left and see your dog, then look right and see your cat ... then you're the one that got laid off.
