Do you think collections will see lay offs? I am in the union, but I am very new. Thank you!

I'd say it's unlikely that they will go after collections - you guys bring in revenue and they want to keep that running as good as possible
If you had been hired pre 2003 it would harder for comp to lay you off...as those union employees have job security language to protect them. Nobody can predict what the clowns running vz now will do!
