Yet, reading the posts it's hard to figure out what's going on and who will be affected. So, do we know anything?

It may be more than that, let's say they will give you 12 weeks of pay, but in that case they do not have to pay you severance. We just do not know. I personally do not think we'll have major cuts, but at the same time, as you said, there are so many folks who are predicting massive cuts (Maybe January 2016)...
could be, that;s if they sign the release waver, agreeing to everything the company asks.
@Anonymous184984 - hahaha, so true, so true... I am not sure if they can give 60 days of severance in lieu of a 60 days WARN notice. Anyone knows?
Well if that's the case, they'll need to be notifying said people pretty darn soon.
