I agree that companies always look at the profit margins and revenu. In the capitalistic world company is a parcel of investors, C level folks, and assets. Employees are actually treated like competitors. Whenever you have a bad quarter you blame employees and competetors. Have you ever heard Lowell saying it was his bad decision.
