We sell them a defective product in hopes it will work. The business office sells them IPDSL 12 Meg service at 10,000 feet. Try 1.5 Megs...I've worked for AT&T for 35 years and can't stand the way Randell Stevenson is running this company into the ground...

Not sure where your numbers came from but the earnings report said they added 192,000 U-verse customers in the last quarter.
