This may be just a rumor but that's what I've heard from a source that rarely makes mistakes and is typically very reliable. Anyhow, I've heard that moderate to strong layoffs will affect our finance, marketing and sales ops groups in early November 2015. Some of the layoffs will continue into 2016 and this is all what I've heard so far.

I work in HQ, I have 7 year old car that's barely worth anything. I work 60 hours per week. Am I lazy? Am I overpaid? With 2 kids I barely make ends meet my friend. So much for lazy and bloated.
Some people that report to HQ are doing the workload of 3 people. NOT bloated at all. I'm working nights and part of my weekends.
HQ is overpaid and useless. And they love to lay off techs who are barely making ends meet
HQ's been bloated for a while. Also, look at the parking lot, you can barely find a car under 40K there. Overpaid.

All three groups are bloated and will benefit from a little bit of reduction
