IT workers should have the state board certification just like civil engineers or medical physicians. Otherwise there is a danger of unskilled folks flocking IT.. and you see a lot of nepotism and regional favoritism.

@Anonymous182525 - agreed, cannot blame it on Indians coming here. They want better life and more money and that's OK. We need to fix things on our side. I can rant about food habits and hygiene patterns here, but that would have to be a broader discussion as there are many immigrant groups that have the same issue, so I'll drop it
I don't blame the folks coming over here to earn money, I value them a lot more than those that come over here, get on and stay on welfare. If I could travel to Germany and earn 20 times what I make now, I'd have wet ink on my passport RIGHT NOW! I blame two groups of Americans: 1) The politicians that allow this to continue, all the while raking in cash, indirectly stolen from American worker's pay checks, stagnant salaries, and benefits. 2) The American MORONS that continue to vote for whomever promises THEM the most FREE Stuff, with the most altruistic views of how we can best fix the world.
Teachers have union protection, IT workers do not. The only way this will be changed is if Trump is elected, NO ONE else can get elected without super pac funds, those funds are topped up with money from our large corporations that love nothing better than to cut 20% out of their expenses. People may not care much for the guy, to be honest, I could care less how good or bad a person he truly is. One thing I'm sure of is that he understands that NOTHING works in this country, unless you have a VERY strong and stable working base, you have no taxes, you have no money for infrastructure, no money for a strong military, no money for social security, and right now 20 plus percent of our working class has been replaced and what once was their salary is now being funneled out of of the country. This will continue to erode our economy, you can only print money for so long, we have less than 5 years before we're a Greece Part II.
Trump is the only one who's talking about this. Why do not they do the same thing with Teachers? Let's say we bring in 100,000 teachers from the Philippines and that will cut costs of education, right. No, we do that with engineers to screw them on purpose as they are making decent wage. So, let's f-uck them so they do not make decent money any more and we keep the rest for ourselves (management thinking here)
