My group GeNOC cut 12 percent of the staff. All shifts affected.
No announcements, I am not sure where is that 8k number coming from, somebody keeps repeating it but makes no sense

Nobody told us about any layoffs, I am in retail, So Cal
1.What is the total count of management. 2.What is the break down of wireless and wireline mgmt counts? 3.Of the wireline mgmt count how many are marked for Frontier?
Just announced in my office: 8000 management rif by Nov. 5 to include wireline and wireless. Company "restructuring" and jobs will look "very different" in the near future. Just transfered all of Cary, NC wholesale to Frontier, who wants to create a wholesale ordering center.
