The average center Area Manager is set to lose between 2-4 Load Balance Managers by June 2016. The Company is working aggressively to implement proactive applications to further automate the job.

Interesting! I was surplussed earlier this year. During my 60 day internal job hunt, there were MANY network force load analyst positions posted. Based on the number of jobs listed, I would think this would be a secure job at AT&T.
