I'm completing my first week at a new job after getting surplussed and my new job is such a breath of fresh air. It's crazy how bad AT they don't yell back, "You should know that already! It's not my fault you weren't trained in that!" Also, no supervisor making sarcastic insults on team calls. I get to use my brain and actually do real work...not mindless data entry! It's incredible!

The management paradox at ATT is that many managers hate their jobs, but they are considerably more miserable doing nothing, yet that exactly what they do,... nothing.
