I mean seriously, so many promises by both CWA and IBEW, yet nothing was accomplished. The head count keeps dropping, layoffs are just about to start. And where are unions here? Wire is being destroyed one day at the time, executive compensation is through the roof, work keeps piling on as they cut resources and in some cases double workload for the folks remaining. Verizon's been on fire when it comes to hiring cheap IT labor on H1B visas. And what are unions doing?

Unions do not support IT.
They are having a hard time for the Wireline folks.
Do not know what is going to happen.
Union is not part of these RIFs. RIFs happen to those who are management or non union.
They are well hidden and spending your membership dues
