Agreed on Japan, but it's easier over there as everything is so densely populated
Japan has moved from being predominately wireless to running fiber to the Desktop....
How do you connect the wireless towers to all the data centers and people?
Wireless can not be done without backbone and diverse meshing. Anyone who blows smoke up your ass about selling wireline is trying to sell you a story.
If you haven't received the memo yet, I'll spill it out for you: Wireline has been dead for like a decade or so
You see, things keep happening in cycles. If wireline is not cool now, it does not mean that it will not be cool 10 years from now. Things change, god knows what kind of technology we'll have 10 years from now and how will Verizon operate at that point.
