IF company has 90% visa holders then it is called bodyshopping company not Verizon. as far as i know 89% of your 90% group are all citizens.. companies has to give explanation for getting visa holders on board ,its costly and more pain in butt
That 90% figure is wrong. More that 80% are eligible to be deployed to replace UNION worker in case of a strike. Only citizens or permanent residents can be deployed for strike duty. Don't assume every colored person is H1 employee. Most of them are Citizens.
