We were told it was just for wired lines, tech, planning and training that has ONLY to do with Wired lines because at&t is phasing that department out and only keeping mobility, internet and tv.

The original post here is simply inaccurate.
Mobility internet and tv run off wired lines and fiber c&e installs the fiberglass and copper that feed vrads and cell towers, they are not simply separate
