ATT Tech Ops and Wireline C&E will shed 10% of management by Sept. 29. All requisitions and movement are now frozen. This will continue on an on going basis. Sorry for those who were axed.

So Wireline is at 10% and Mobility 5%....wow. It really was across the board.
Tech Ops = Network Operations. We have re-orged and brought labs and parts of ITO and Security into Network Ops and renamed it Tech Ops.
