I searched for Bratislava, Slovakia and you are correct, they are hiring over there. Seems ATT has been there since 2007 and has 4 call centers there.
For Juniors or Graduates New Teams in AT&T Customer Care Agents (US Hours) Bratislava, Slovakia etc - all the jobs are going overseas.
This should not be a surprise to anyone as at&t treats it's employees just as it treats it's customers - just another one.
