Has anyone heard if Orlando will be affected? In June I will be celebrating one year, now I am feeling that my job is not secure. I have noticed that the center has been running out off every day supplies, (they wait to restock them) and they have been offering E-time every day and even for closing shifts. (by 5 pm it looks like a ghost town) Managers are telling us not to worry that they are just closing the over seas and S. American call centers. (that our jobs are secure) and we should start seeing back to back calls this week.

They are still offering etime a week ahead my center looks the same no new hiringetc. Layoffs will depend if only for contractors or going to reach bargained employees i imagine we will know in may. We are at about 250 employees from 550 req by the city agreement. This means att pays our city 1k for every employee under 550. This expires in september.....
