Yes May 16th is the date for all lay offs of all ATT contracts with Convergys just learned about this info on April 22nd, what can we expect from ATT the customers are not happy, they do not pay you what you are worth and its bad anyway when the customers tell you "we love customer service just not ATT. Let them take everything abroad, Know one will have a problem getting unemployment because they are known how they just layoff people or just fire people for know reason. Everyone look at it this way this is the best thing that ever happened to us.

For those affected by the mass layoff from Convergys Work At Home AT&T project. A class action lawsuit has been filled against Convergys.

Where are you located? I heard they were closing all over seas centers and laying off all outsourced contractors here in the US as of May 2015
