My question is this. If ATT has shuttered so many call centers then why is my center not busy? We are not seeing any more calls than before and we are still being offered Etime daily. I have been with ATT for over 5 years and this is the first time I have seen the center so slow. I would really like to know what is really going on.

I agree, our call center is still slow to. Does anyone think that the ATT call centers will see layoffs?
