Does taking a full week of PTO count towards your average in-office week. If I go in once this week and take a full week next week, will I show up on a report?

It's a massive expense and the greatest missed opportunity in the modern history of the company. Are people hung up on it? Sure, and they should be. The liars in HY will never be forgiven.
It amazes me that people are so hung up on RTO that they are tracking it. Managers get nasty grams for non compliance. if you haven't hear anything from your manager then you are fine. It amazes me even more that the same questions keep being asked. a simple search on this site will reveal all the details you are asking about.

Bunch of BS! HR/Policy states that 1/2 day PTO, holidays, full day counts as a day in office. Some leaders don't even know what that means and, instead, look at it as a flaw/poor performance. So then what's the big deal with HR/Policy if that's not respected? As in life and in general - be clear, abide by that clarity, and don't BS.
If you only spent more time working than trying to figure out how you can scam the RTO policy, maybe others wouldn’t have to carry your load.
Work doesn't happen in the distant cube farm of distractions. All my work happens in the home office. While you're driving around for no reason and wasting company resources, I'm getting S done for less.

I just keep a tracker of my WFH vs in-office/PTO days for the year. As long as I maintain at least 60% of days in-office for the year, I feel like I can make a case for meeting the requirement. All this malarkey about 13 week rolling average, etc........who cares.

Glad someone posted a new thread to ask this question rather than search the handbook or hundreds of other threads asking the exact same question over the past 4 years.
PTO only counts during the week it is taken. For example- cannot take a full week of PTO and only come in one day the following week and be in the clear.
PTO and Holidays count towards in-office calculations. And as pointed out before it's a rolling 13 week average. There have been a few weeks where I didn't go in at all (due to illness), but had PTO in the average so I was fine. My boss isn't all that picky about it anyway b/c I'm above the 3 day average.
