The long anticipated and awaited geo reorg will happen in calendar Q1 instead of in 2024.
this is in large part because CS will be given a new role but that new role, a person holds now (who is terrible) and they are forcing out....

APLA will just become APAC and north America will become AMERCIAS with expanded scope into central and South America. People in APLA will be transferred to the expanded Americas team whilst APAC will be established in Seoul - some will be relocated there by choice but I assure you no layoffs will happen with this change.
