I took a look and there are other diagnosis there. They don’t cite the autism as a reason?
That post is going no where. I gave the actual post a pass but I opened the first document linked. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. 92 pages. The first 6 pages were nothing but copy and pastes of various laws, statutes, etc.
But the kicker, line 1 of the actual complaint is where she wholly invalidated herself :

lol. Forget everything that is wrong with the way the complaint is documented, organized, etc. Anyone who thinks self-diagnosis of an illness without confirmation from any other actual trained professional can’t be taken seriously.
What su-ks is that Hana might have just lost her severance by doing this.
I'm not reading through all of this, but the company has been very methodical when it comes to closing hubs or RTO and reviewing every accommodation.
With that said l, tye company has not been very consistent in who obtains a remote exception or is allowed to stay in a non hub area. They just fall under business critical.
