I’ve seen people taking a lot more PTO now with pretty much a day or 2 off every other week. How is this even beneficial to the company.

Just chill till you get fired, this company is going down anyways
That’s what happens when you have rolling layoffs every 6 months for the past 3 years.
And in those layoffs even top performers are impacted. Morale tanks and people stop caring.
Just get another job and go for unlimited pto keep both til cisco fires you..
You need to take time off to interview for your next job. Duh!
We are into the holiday season so it’s hard to judge
I bet their managers are keeping an eye out on them for the next LR. Can't abuse the system
Unlimited pto means that if you are LR you don’t get those paid…
They cannot afford to loose people, no new reqs. So till next layoff, take leaves and enjoy!!
A lot of software engineers here at Cisco accomplish nothing. One way or the other. Why not let them enjoy life?
