Unlimited PTO

I’ve seen people taking a lot more PTO now with pretty much a day or 2 off every other week. How is this even beneficial to the company.

Let's see what happens when they reach 10 (or some other number of) PTO days :P

That’s what happens when you have rolling layoffs every 6 months for the past 3 years.

And in those layoffs even top performers are impacted. Morale tanks and people stop caring.

Unlimited pto means that if you are LR you don’t get those paid…
