RTO 5 days/week starting 1/1/2025

Just received an announcement regarding RTO 5 days/week effective 1/1/2025. Choy org. I think it applies to entire org but curious about anyone else?

I am in Choy org and we have not heard this. We heard 3 days a week and level 3 and up are 5 days a week. Our last AVP meeting was a couple days ago.
Curious where the announcement you received is cause they are clearly not putting any of this in writing.

Carpooling works good. I used to tell the boss I carpooled even when I didn’t.
Boss: I need you to stay late.
Me: Can’t. I gotta go. Carpool is leaving.

As part of collaboration, carpooling is recommended. Parking issues are easy to solve.

“They don’t have seats in Atlanta or Dallas but no one cares apparently.
This strategy failed. Running around pretending there is no place to sit in hopes WFH would continue. Welp. It didn't work. Now find a place, sit down and get to work."

You don't work in Alpharetta, the parking there cannot support each desk inside the building that it hosts. It does not have a parking garage, but just one huge parking area. Come there on Tuesday around 10am, I guarantee you will NOT find a parking and that is just with 3 day RTO.

Just as stated in previous post you obviously don’t work in ATL. Do you even work at T. Why are there so many stupid ppl like you just poking the bear on this site. Not the purpose of this forum. You are clueless but just want to get a reaction while you take a break from your Po-n addiction. Currently ATL / Alpharetta buildings are not going to accommodate 5 x 8 for everyone. THIS IS NOT FAKE NEWS. Plus they are not setup to provide a professional working environment. It isn’t whining. Everyone who used to work 5 days a week would not be complaining if we still had an assigned designated space with the tools we need to do our jobs. Go back to your basement and SHUT UP.

Apparently you don't work in Atlanta. I do. On Wed., if you get in after 8:30 you are not getting a seat nor parking. It's absolutely miserable on a near-full day. That's with 3 RTO. I am dreading what 5 days will be like.

It’s not a strategy when we were point blank told the amount of available desks (in Atlanta at least) is well below 100% capacity.

It’s going to be hunger games every single day at these places. Better start getting up early if you don’t want to sit on the floor or in the football areas at Lenox.
