I wonder when the Employee Survey will come out?

Legg just sent one out yesterday for his org because there won’t be a company wide one.
playing devil's advocate here and am NOT the sycophant.
You notice that the email says results would be shared and one could infer that means to the employees since the email is directed to employees, BUT it doesn't specifically state it would be shared with the employees. So there's that.

The 2024 Survey will come out when The true Ark of the Covenant comes to light.

That survey will never see the light of day because it is a thorough indictment of the Stankey dumpster fire.

Too busy pulling RTO reports, checking it twice trying to find out who (they feel) is naughty or nice!
Too busy downsizing the headcount.
They don’t have time for employee surveys, they already know with RTO=downsizing exercise, what the response is going to be for this year AND next year!
They’ve really painted themselves into a corner with the old surveys. Makes me wonder if we will see any of the old eNPS surveys ever again.
I just don’t think that they have the cojones to, with a straight face, “strongly urge” all employees to complete a survey ever again. Especially management employees, after the Culture Survey results were squashed simply because they painted the “culture” and executive leadership in such a horrible light.
I do know that I will never take another survey again . And I used to take them all. And not because I cared or thought it made a difference, but mostly out of respect for my boss and their boss who get dinged for poor participation on them. They already know the deal going forward as it’s been discussed. No one is taking them anymore.
Don’t stop asking for the results. They think you’re too stupid to remember.
When LwD comes back, when care for employees comes back, when kick-offs and celebrations come back, when senior leaders take interest and care in employees returns.
Never.
It’s almost Nov and we have only had 1 survey this year, the “culture” survey and we still have not seen any results or new initiatives shared from that.
Don’t hold your breath.
