Well, I had a brutal awakening with my MGR from the Issuer org, that since we did not meet the numbers (unrealistic target), I was affected and got let go. Supposedly, other groups outside of LFI were affected (FIG). I was also litterrally in the process of closer a large deal for Q4 to make up for Q3. I never experienced getting let go before. I have to agree that the C-suite are disconnected.
