Paystub says 9/10 but still nothing!

By all means it's your prerogative to vent your frustration about the loss of any benefits. I will say that by aiming your ire at other employees who have no control or say on that matter you're doing exactly what the people who do make those decisions want. It's the board and the CXOs who made those decisions about not paying an additional annual profit share to the employees so it would make a lot more sense to call them out over those choices.
Still disgusted that lower levels have lost their small portion of annual profit sharing but you all got to keep your RSU’s.
Did you know that many lower levels also has their development raises taken away as well in 2020? Bet not
This means current value is down 2.5% from vesting date and today, and slipping.
Any wager on how much further value erosion against vested (but inaccessible RSU) we’ll see between now and 9/20?
New message on Net Benefits. Sounds like someone fu---d up.
Nike and Fidelity Stock Plan Services are currently working through finalizing the September 1st RSU release event. Share settlement is expected to be reflected in your stock plan account no later than Friday, September 20th. We appreciate your continued patience during this time.
@sbz dumping all mine the minute they hit
Nike is telling me up to 30 days, Fidelity says 2-4 business days. I trust one of those more than the other 🤣🤣
Nothing here either
A former Director from EHQ here. I was laid off in July, when checking Fidelity mid of August, I noticed most of my stock options and RSU were gone, even some of the vested one. Took me 3 weeks to get a reply from People Solution, first a stupid reply with the document about stock forfeit rules, that I was already aware of. After insisting, they came back telling me they were working on this. Beginning of September I see now my stock back, but the stock supposed to be vested are marked as Distributed only, I cannot exercize them. Plus my ESPP (acquired with my own money) are gone. Pending now another answer from PS team.
Since the layoff notification, I have been in constant struggle to have my correct working time at Nike considered for the settlement, despite the proof, then I lost stocks, and they missed to pay us the pro-rata 8% holiday payment, that is part of our basis gross salary in Netherlands and paid each May (not a bonus).
Same situation for other laid off people from out department. This layoff is a joke, it looks to me like all those "mistakes" are intentional. If they realize a mistake was done for one person, they should correct for the others immediately, but they don't, only if you complain.
I didn't hold a grunge against the company when told I was made redundant, but now I start to grow a feeling of bitterness and anger. I really hopped Nike is being a fair employer, it seems it's not.
It seems like the time it takes for shares to show up in an individual's Fidelity account is taking longer and longer. I remember ESPP last cycle also seemed to take forever to show up. No one's saying it but it's kind of obvious everyone wants to dump their shares as soon as they can sell them. Used to be back in the day people would hold on to their stock and options for as long as possible...but recent history says that's a much more risky proposition now. Good luck every one with whatever you decide to do with your RSUs/options.
A lot of questions & complaints in slack too
When I look in my Fidelity account I dont see anything for 2024!!!
50k - 100k at D and SD level . If you don’t get it, you are getting fleeced
EHQ employee here -RSUs showing as vested September 1. Diddly squat in shares account still.
What’s the rsu range for directors in whq? ehq employee here
Fidelity rep I talked to yesterday said they should have been deposited last night
People Solutions was no help and the Fidelity rep was surprised they haven't been distributed yet
For us peasants, what's the strike and date on those rsu? How much are we getting fleeced?
