Dear colleagues,
As we continue to execute on our near and long-term priorities, our product offerings must be comprehensive and include strategies spanning coverage, cost and care.
To ensure we have the best alignment and leadership structure,
Josh Fredell will expand his role to include management of the CVS Healthspire Payor & Life Sciences Solutions organization. This shift allows us to continue to strengthen our product offering and integrate more capabilities that we can offer to clients using existing resources and talent. This brings Life Sciences, Payor Solutions and Pharmacy Solutions together.
The following leaders and their teams will report to Josh:
• Matt Wilson, VP, Product
• Stefie Bradley, VP, Sales, Account Management & Marketing
• Dr. Lia Rodriguez, Chief Clinical Leader
• Alexandra Berk, AVP, Life Science Solutions
• Kirk Widner, AVP, Operations
• Sarah Mitchell, Executive Director, Strategic Planning
There will be no changes in reporting relationships within Josh’s current PBM Product team.
While we are excited for the future of this work and area, it comes with bittersweet news that Ahmed Hassan has accepted an external opportunity and will leave the company. Please join me in thanking Ahmed for his leadership and contributions to the organization. He has been instrumental in shaping the vision and operating model for Payor & Life Sciences Solutions, and we wish him well.
