Let's look out for one another and start a chain to keep track of groups you are hearing will be affected...It sickens me to have to look at this forum every week. Lets look out and inform if you have information.

To the WAH employee boasting about using a mouse mover - great job giving leadership a heads up on where they can begin looking to trim some 'fat'!

I’m in DDAT. Started to get my resume together, despite the fact that I have more funded work on my plate than I have ever had here.

Whole company is affected. I heard this could be at least as big as last year. Leaders don’t care about people just their checks.

Whoever thinks PBM is doing fine, take the rose colored glasses off.

PBM has been doing fine to be honest. Aetna probably will be hit hard.

Oak street is a dumpster fire and until they wake up and recognize it, it'll continue to bleed this company to death.

PBM layoffs nothing new when it's an election year. Just be patient and you'll know soon enough after elections.

At this point it's only a matter of time before PBM's practices get cracked down on. The pressure on PBM's is hot right now and sooner or later something will happen.

The town hall this week on the CVS side was dismal. Little in the way of specifics except talking about reducing expenses. Some explaining why we're doing so badly and a lot of focus on Oak Street and why they consider primary care an opportunity. I had the impression things on the PBM side are so bad they don't want to talk about it, instead trying to hedge their bets in a way that won't get legislated away.

Aetna layoffs already begun starting with Informatics and DBAs. Some left on their own accord due to CVS cheaping out on their salaries, bonus, hybrid model. CVS has off shiored a lot out and for Medicaid specifically they're hiring temps from Portuerico as much as possible and onshore temps.
From my sources Aetna is not done reorganizing it's coming in October and December for layoffs and reorg across all.
