That doesn't mean anything. He probably wanted to buy yet another private jet. 145k shares when yo own over 2 million is beer money
It has been some time since Shilly was remembered here. I miss his ride the rocket rants but do hope he found a good job at Wells Fargo as an overstressed account executive.

I did just that today before it trends downward. I stopped buying shares last year.
Gonna sell few that I have before the stock tanks. Fu-k this place.
And they are so tight fisted with the associates… no profit sharing here! Don’t make this place a long term career home..it’s all for them not the associates

FB, GC, JG sell off every month
Until this past year, FB has held onto his shares. Not too long ago he sold a quarter of a billion dollars worth. His change from hold to sell this year is a signal. More than likely it’s part of an exit strategy.
C suite are awarded shares every month and most of them sell ALL stock options each month/quarter.
