That sounds like jay smith from value GTS that got ousted earlier in june, the problem is that he left all his friends in charge of critical roles. House needs to be cleaned.
I worked in a facility that you have to be careful who you talk to. The human resource manager hired his brother, brother-in-law, mother in-law, daughter, son and son in law. To make maters worse he determine the salary increases yearly. I can only imagine who got the biggest yearly increases.

It's all about how brown your nose is. It has never been about knowledge. Those of us who work hard, develop and provide value are the ones who remain in the same seats for years because they figure someone has to do the work while they BS around BR. All the did was add a bunch of titles in band 6 to make it seem you are moving up. They know what they are doing.

oh yes, VALUE GTS is FULL OF THEM. my boss forwards my work verbatim to his leadership. promotes his friends from india and RTO does not apply to him
