Engineering. Jobs aren’t even posted. Then someone relative is doing the job. Former employee turned contractor comes back without the 6 month minimum. I’m gonna be stuck doing the same work for 30 years. No career advancement, despite what the rah rah meetings say.

This situation underscores a fundamental issue: the individuals responsible for designing systems / solutions that drive the experiences tailored to the American public are doing so based on an incomplete understanding of their diverse lifestyles, cultural contexts, educational backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. This disconnect highlights a significant gap in their approach.

GTS is out of non-Indians to RIF and replace with their fellow Indian countryman. No more kickbacks from Indian government and Indian contractors for every VZ Job they take away from an American and give to their countrymen. Now they actually have to earn their pay by producing actual results with their Indian workforce. Or they can continue to play hot potato with VZ projects and produce nothing. Which they’ve been doing for well over 20 years now. But they are cheaper!

“ CMO without a doubt. Preferential treatment for the "insiders", constant backstabbing, and rewarded are those who play the game.”
I think nepotism is a little more narrow your describing corporate life aka HS 2.0.
