How have you not been laid off yet? This is the problem with this company, laying of the wrong people
Those employees don’t get 401k matches and are not bonus eligible so incentive to let people go.
August has been the largest month. At least in the last 3 years. Get laid off right before the kids go to school.
They'll stop when Hudson Yards and I&P are all that remain. Or whenever Shart gets fired and a person that isn't an evil POS becomes CEO.
There's no time of year that layoffs end. They downsized people during Employee Appreciation Week. They downsized several hundred in December right before Christmas. There's no magical safe zone on the calendar, because these evil people in HY don't care about anything but their stock options.
When the regulators refuse to remove the asset cap and consent decrees Charlie will be forced out. Then the bank will be broken up and the brokerage spun off to JPM. Meanwhile you can test AI on money movement and really any repetitive function to enhance productivity.
Layoffs will continue until 2027, and may not stop until AI takes over most of our jobs in the next decade.
actually, the layoffs will be over when they run out of people. :)
Cheers!
the beatings will continue until moral improves.

I was told last week that location strategy will affect my job in Q3.
Layoffs will never end.
Location strategy will eventually be completed. But “efficiency” layoffs will never cease.
Layoffs are part of the Wells Fargo culture.
D-mb a$$
You are either an id--t or a troll. I can’t tell which.
Hello Rumplestiltskin
It’s 2024
There will definitely be more layoffs. Boise is not a strategic location and it has heavily been implied that many people will still be laid off before year end.
NO. There will be layoffs every Tuesday after payday until the unforseen future.
Why would you think that? Layoffs are year-round, except a few weeks.
CEO himself said 4th quarter severance costs will be high, right? 3rd Q to be heavy
