At the end of the day, it is a job for her that pays her bills handsomely. If she is not ready to part with this compensation she will not leave just bc people think that she has no reason to be at WF and be one of the leaders. My guess, she will be around until she needs to be to provide for herself. I think that we the people tend to looks at these leaders as if they are better than us. No, in majority they are people who were given more opportunities and there is a chance that they have no clue what they are doing.

Kerrins was in a DEI position and incompetent. I lot of accolades - the traditional BS surrounding a DEI hire was in her resume but without strong experience. Hire based on MERIT!!!
