I made 200k TC as lead last year and this year maybe 215-220k. Is this good?
What the hat does your code do??!! Produce gold for upper management?? Tell them who to layoff? You are so way OVERPAID. you need to be displaced
If less than ten yrs exp it’s overpaying. For 10-20 yrs exp and in hcol is fair for Wells. Just know there are no raises for years. 1-2% is not considered a raise.

Take it, look around; and if you do not like it, keep looking.
If you are west or east coast based. Otherwise, not so much.

I'm a senior software engineer with more than 15 years at the company and make $123k. Like the other poster mentioned, location matters.
Just so you know SSE in HCOL makes close to $200k
