Better getTK back to save engineering.
Its going to be interesting to see this "engineering department" fail. True this department doesn't exist as an entity but does exist as silos. This bank has been determined to be "too big to fail". What is it does? Not a financial fail but an operational fail. Being in siloes leads to the plausible deniability that happens after the failure. So when the shart happens everyone can point at someone else. Like the secret service none of the execs will be let go.
Eff off, you know it’s bad!
I hate when you're watching a homemade dirty movie, and the guy has a big whitehead on his waistline.
It's gross and distracting.
@1aee+1tOGaXwV There isn’t one. Atleast not one over-reaching one and is a main driver of the constant enterprise problems we have. We all operate in silos. D-mb as he77
Don’t you think that’s one reason we have a new CTO?
Who exactly is the engineering dept?
Troll!
Schart needs to hit the fan in tech. It's the only way upper management will realize just how badly they've messed up.
Our little group's operating model now relies on highlighting just how bad things are after the last round of cuts.
Did you mean to say deep in sharts? Why do you feel this way?
