Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

Has anyone heard when the all-employee survey results will be shared?

Hearing a lot of different guesses -- my team had assumed it would be before wellness week, but feels like they're running out of time if that was the case. Any predictions how JD announces them? And any predix which scores are up and which ones are down?

They make it sound so serious when they ask us to take the survey. Can only hope they take the release of results that serious.

I want to share my experience. Last year, the employee survey for our team showed issues with communication and team work. Our Sr DIr immediately jumped into action. We had about a dozen meetings to discuss the same exact result with various combination of our 10 team members! Me and my manager and then my manager and the team and me and the sir DIr and my manager and sir dir.... The actions? Our Sir DIr organized some top golf, escape room and some meditation session and it fixed the communication and team work issue!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

They won't share anything real or actionable. They know employee morale su-ks and they don't care.

It doesn’t matter. The results for my org leader have been abysmal for years and nothing changed other than the vocal people getting laid off.

Prediction: The all hands is prerecorded

Prediction: we get a meeting invite next week for JD and MM to share the results. And then when we tune in, they've cherry-picked the good results. And nothing comes from it. Because this is Nike.

A bunch of us were just talking about this at lunch yesterday. Feels like a year to directly respond to employee sentiment, but what do I know.

I diligently did the survey for a number of years and even worked on some initiatives to improve certain aspects for our team. What a total waste of time that was mostly due to lack of leadership interest to implement any of the recommendations the working group came up with. Then last year, our VP read all free text comments publicly during a team meeting and openly ridiculed the once she didn't agree with. I am not wasting another second on employee surveys and these emails go directly into the trashcan.

The fact that you even asked this question shows me you drink too much of Kool aid. No one cares about these surveys! Take your head out of your butt

Nothing will come of it, no changes no improvements. It’s nothing more than another tool for HR to appease the drones d-mb enough to think they matter. CFE, surveys are all lame attempts to make you think your contribution means anything. HR doesn’t even take them seriously anymore

I also asked my HRBP, she also said she didn't know. She didn't quite offer to find out and I didn't want to push her, mostly because she had a face like "there is no plan, please don't ask me about this".

The results would have to be pretty bad for them to do anything about it. Nothing ever comes from these, I'm not sure why people take it. It's probably all the people who love Nike and want to kiss a-s.

A few of us asked our HRBP when we'd be hearing results for us or our teams. And she said she didn't know, but she would ask and find out. I'm still waiting to hear back from her.

Flashback to me as a new leader to Nike. My year one we got the all employee survey results. I reached out to my peers and tried to put together a planned for addressing the concerns called out in the survey. They all looked at me like I had three heads and one of them actually laughed and said no one took it serious. That was the last time I took the survey serious.
