Tell me you care about your own stock portfolio and not employees without telling me.
Yes employees are stock holders too but not the same percentage/ratio. How much good could 10% of that done for our distressed employees.

First thing my investor broker did after I retired was sell my FISERV stock. He invested in other things and is making me way more money!!
Cr-p equipment… hand me downs..what they purchased was very low level quality
Every cent of earnings growth is being extracted from employees doing more with less... you get the same pay, work more hours and get more stress. They laugh all the way to the bank!
Who doesn't love watching millionaires brag about how much money Fiserv makes while being told there isn't enough budget to have working laptops.
