Of course! You can't fire someone for not being in Building X, until they are seated in Building Y.

FRTO. Today, tomorrow, and forever.

A lot of people are having existing remote exceptions pulled in this quarter. Even those who are remote that work near an office that is not a core or specialty market. Management wants them back in the office too.

They don’t know what to do with you until q1 of next year is a sign from you mgr you’ll be laid off. Take a hint.

I hate working at Wells Fargo. Management does not care about their employees or their families. They use antiquated mid-year reviews to rate employees down. I also see ZERO motivation in employees. Most IT jobs are offshored to India. The group that I work in has so many damned teams calls during the day, that it's difficult to get any work done. I really do not care. I will probably just take my pension, my 401K and walk. And I'm actually looking forward to doing that, with ZERO notice.

Wave 2 is in August. OP has this one correct.

I actually believe this based on hint from my manager about August and my remote status.

Sound theory, but this was also mentioned last year and it didn't entirely pan out, IIRC there were slightly larger waves after the supposed deadline of interest. Who knows, maybe so long as things are completed in the calendar year the ivory tower really doesn't care much.

These posts happen every other Tuesday. Tired of getting my hopes up.

I’d say 7/23 is more likely. The point of that would be to get a good chunk of location strategy folks off the books at the end of their 60 day working notice, before the start of the 4th quarter.

I could probably retire now, but F Shart, I'm going to wait for him to pay me to leave. He doesn't deserve to get what he wants, and what he wants most is for all of us to quit.

Severance or death.

The only location for Charlie is he-l. Pathetic excuse for a CEO.

Spoiler alert? What does that even mean? Aug 13th how significant because I have been hearing 7/23/2024 is also set to be a big day? And they expect us to work and have the same great stats when all we are waiting for is the warn notice. Seriously I’m so tired of the guessing
