Company has downsized from 281k to approximately 138k employees since 2019.
Not entirely accurate. A lot of head count went with assets that were sold. At the same time, I do agree, a lot of people have been let go.
So many will be terminated that T stock with skyrocket to the dumpster where it belongs. There’s no saving T. It’s over boys.
The “dead weight” is at the top of the dung heap. That’s were the cutting needs to begin!

No more big ones, just consistent never ending ones.
Trying to follow the logic of the company trolls; Getting rid of dead weight, no skills, company didn’t need you anyways, goodbye Felicia, you are the problem, etc…

Following company trolls logic:
- Over hired by 150k employees
- Purchased too many companies
- Purchased or leased too many properties
- Offered great benefits for too long, needed to reduce or eliminate
- Lowered dividends, too high
- Relocation plan to live your destination and collaboration (layoffs)
- Don’t believe your lying eyes or ears
- Not growing the business because employees didn’t execute the plan
It couldn’t have been because of incompetent leadership, NO, it’s the employees fault! 🤣😂🤮
Everyone. Over the next two years.
T is run like a apocalyptic cult where evil Stanley ordered his followers to join him in Dallas. Once they uproot their lives and move there they will be ordered to drink poisoned cool aid.

“Employee that decided to stay here. I've never minded working from the office. And I'm making way too much money to leave. Sorry things su-ked so bad for you.”
I decided to find a better paying job and career while collect a severance, leaving you with untold amounts of old technology work and batsh1t crazy leadership. Enjoy your future 😁
"The employees that decided to stay are mainly people that were too afraid to find another job with their lack of skills and many of those people are of a mindset that rto will blow over."

It’s not a layoff, it’s a preservation of the powerless and weak
It’s not a layoff. This is a removal of dead weight.

Watch toxic T getting rid ot thousands of managers in the 2nd half of this year. I hope there will be a class action lawsuit in the nearest future and T will have to pay hefty price.
Going to be huge round. And have some sales coaching for all; settting up for the usual Sept/Oct/Nov cuts
This week. They planned it that way so they can dodge questions and sad vibes the next while they are off for the 4th.
Tuesday is the day. Many people already know they are on the list but get their official letter this week.
Not true, not gonna happen!
