I mean….Is there something I don’t see? The only difference is more chaos, and more workload (for which purpose?). What's the same is no ideas, no vision, no creativity, and us rushing into irrelevance. But at least we let go of so many competent and talented people and kept those in management who have been responsible for downfall all along.

You can always count on the whites to whine about DEI when things go bad for them. What a sad and pathetic display.
Hey, not all is bad. At least we accomplished the DEI goals we set out for ourselves.
We had too many people
All you lazy a-s fu--s have been doing no work
Now you have to stay past 4 and you are complaining
Be glad you have a job at the best company on earth
Now do some work
Nike rewards incompetent leaders. We have a director and Sr director in our team probably being paid half million dollar a year just to carry a note book around and take notes when others open their mouth so then they can go to HR and cause drama! Oh they have another function too. If any of us get any project done, then they start asking for a report so they can send it to their manager and take credit for it. That is all!
Nike is literally run by incompetent id--ts, there is no other way to explain the lack of direction. The CEO does nothing but yapp about "innovation" and "fields of play", Nike is not a software company it's a brand. Rip the swoosh off a shoe or shirt and you have nothing more than a shoe & shirt, very little separates it from the competition. Nike's leadership has let the brand go stale. It's no longer edgy or cool, definitely not a must have for anyone under 30. Look at what the GAP has done since it hired a competent CEO that understands branding, seriously GAP was circling the drain a year ago. A little investment in creative advertising and bo-m Gap is back, Nike isn't dead but it's in a coma and desperately needs to fire the current Dr and hire a competent one.
