Rest of it was just reiterating the 3 day stuff even for holiday weeks etc. I’m sure there will be a sea of collaboration July 3 and 5 while everyone is off. Same for Thanksgiving week and the like. No mention of tracking hours though.
Everything done in this group in the last year has undermined trust and ensured that we are not able to do the best work of our careers by any stretch. The RTO cr-p is only one part of the stupidity. There is plenty more to go around.
Easiest way to tell this is complete BS is “We believe”. That’s how Stankey kicked this off last year. No facts, no data, just pulling sh-t out of their as--s and calling it caviar. If we’re truly a world class marketing team we could at least make the lies a little more convincing.
