@1iow+1swcvNgf, I worked 5 years at Wells Fargo, and I got 10 weeks of severance, which is only two additional weeks to the severance package this guy will receive (8 weeks). The HR letter told me each employee gets two weeks of severance for each year they served after the 60 day notice. So there is not much difference whether we worked 5 years or 8 months. Did I get ripped off by Wells Fargo?

Sorry for your end result. Same 60 day notice applies and all employees with under 5 yrs experience get 8 weeks severance on top of notice.

OH NO! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
BWAHAHAHA!!!
@wfj+1swcvNgf Don't take it personally. IMO you will find that this is a blessing in disguise. Hopefully, you will lose any bad habits you might have picked up working at this bank.
@wfj+1swcvNgf You have rocks between your ears? EVERYONE who is Severanced gets 60days plus 8 weeks. FFS you should be term’d for cause, too bad it sounds like you’ll still be here dragging the place down.
@nnp+1swcvNgf, OP has not accrued enough vacation time or severance in 8 months.
You got a two-month vacation I hope! The managers aren't going to say but I bet they can only backfill with offshores.
op,
So? And your point is....
LIFO = Last In, First Out
They already knew in 8 months you weren’t gonna work out and cut ties.
LIFO: Lacks Intersectionality, Fast-track Out!
🥱🙄
Ok? Seems like a reasonable approach if all else is equal.
