Has anyone heard or seen anything about the location strategy for ECR (enterprise complaints and remediation) . I know the announcement was March 21 but don’t know if any groups have been let go yet

Anyone know when remote workers will be let go?
I am not totally sure if we will see layoffs however in this department there is no forward trajectory or career advancement as a caseworker.. our jobs have been restructured to be fully on the phones and our ability to do anything to help customers is diminishing... we have no access to systems needed to find out answers or assist. We cannot even order a debit card, reverse a fee, order a statement, help the customer make a payment, or any other basic things. We are directed to call every single complainant which has put us in a position of outbound/inbound punching bag apology line. When hired years ago our teams were EO Case Specialists... now we are Complaints Representatives. the EO roles and intake (team that vets complaints and assigns then to the right workers) has been moved to India. Our metrics and KPIs have been squeezed harder so we cannot make Exceeds although Exceeds is by opinion as many senior leaders just plain do give it. I have been here over 10 years... I welcome a package to be honest.. give me a chance to find a small company that sees its dedicated emplotyees as human beings not brats who need punishment.
Big one coming in Boise ECMO next Tuesday, May 14th.
They say that STL is a core location. As everyone is seeing the red flags they are bringing in even more contractors. Multiple recruiters have job postings for the case advisor job.
Are these firings or layoffs?
As far as I know, groups as a whole aren’t being let go (yet). But there are individuals getting fired with zero warning right now. There was an initial round of layoffs with the HMMC shutdown where we lost some managers too. Keep your nose to the grindstone if you’re a case worker.
Minneapolis
Unrelated to the location strategy, but it seems like we got layoffs in Saint Louis and that's a primary site.
I haven’t heard of any yet. Wish they would rip the bandage off and be done.
