Had this course one year after I got hired, it was good, would be very beneficial if I did it when first on boarded, for someone didn’t come from shoes and apparel industry, I struggled so much in the beginning.
With that said, I found it interesting this one guy convinced the NIKE SLT that only him can give this courses and only in person or live on zoom. There’s no scalable options that would work, is this just to create job security for himself? How does he pull it off all these years?
I find it ridiculous and fascinating at the same time. I also got laid off, just had this question for a while.
