Why aren’t we seeing the results?
If they were good wouldn’t the C-Suite want to show them off?
What’s the reason? Why hide positive feedback and results from shareholders?
They don’t want to show the results because they aren’t positive and will hurt morale more and possibly weaken shareholder confidence even further (if that’s even possible)
Pretty blatantly hiding the actual results. This is why no one trusts the current cabal of “leaders.” It’s a social butterfly club where you have to worship and kiss the ring, no real merit beyond ladder climbing with any of them. This is why things are not improving. They don’t have the skills beyond speaking. No real knowledge.
