Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Mid-Market Slau-hterhouse Continues

I used to be a CSE but now I am on the SIT team. It amazes me on how traditionally approved practices are now taboo. For Mid-Market, we have 210 cases pending decision for termination on sales practices that I did myself. This company has no moral compass.

There isn’t a single business sales resource that can make quota consistently without fraud..period. Anyone that denies it, are actually the worst offenders.

It’s about damn time that Plat get investigated for all the shade. So many warnings, yet they just continue to mis-value SIPs, rip & replace and reSIP the same order. Heard some cases are so bad that there aren’t even interviews happening, just straight Donald Trump your fired kind of stuff. All y’all “sellers” starting to get a little nervous now huh? RIP

Sales is where the cuts belong. Every product we sell can be ordered on a website without any human involved.

Platinum sellers are useless and will soon be promoted to customers as the Alliance channel takes over. Why do you think so many Fiber sellers stumble on Platinum Accounts. Its simple Platinum sellers don't work their full module and then complain because they need more accounts to sell too. Coming from someone that had a bag of sh-t accounts decades ago worked the he-l out of my accounts than had a solid funnel and was surplussed. Then lazy sellers who didn't do jack received my accounts and the deals I worked. Those single site locations turned into gold mines. The same Sellers were the ones back then sipping deals multiple times and going to diamond club while leaving all their upgrades circuits in place to keep the TBR.

Too many Fiber Territory sellers knowingly sell into Global and Platinum. Most circuits being sold are just that with no consequence. Possibly a chargeback if they're caught but they'd rather a chargeback on the backend and remain untouched than be coached out like their peers who do things the right way. About time an email came out saying if these complicit SM's don't verify the sales are in their segment they'll be termed along with the seller.

Scammers like you are the reason quotas are inflated and unattainable.

Thanks to Snake Oil Ed the SBC sh-t show has destroyed every company it acquired. The list is a long one but here are a few names, Ameritech, BellSouth, Cingular, DTV, and the all time biggest cluster, yup you guessed it, Time Warner.

The real question remains. Why does it take Asset protection so long to find all these. The last e-mail came out said they were going back to August 2023 and would rip anything that the customer didn't order as a backup for June 6th Payouts. We are on 90 day weighted averages so these people can continue to keep there job if they just do the upgrades and wait a year until they get fired. I can Audit any ADI Sale in less than 30 seconds with an IOS number and 1 other system. That's all that's needed.

Also to add, reps have been getting warnings the last two years with sales getting charged back that they shouldn’t have been paid for and now they are getting investigated. If you ask me, they’ve been getting plenty of warnings and stolen way too much money from the company already. They make the people with integrity making sales the right way look bad since they are being held to a fake standard by people over performing with fraud sales. It’s been a long time coming. If you’ve already gotten sales charged back and continued to report rip and replace as new sales, you deserve everything that’s coming to you.

Every single business sales resource knows that the vast majority of sales reporting is illegitimate. So many years of looking the other way have lead to it being normalized. When the company isn’t growing but you have record sales results, things get looked at. Absolutely no one is surprised when people get booted for fraud, no one include sales management and above. They carefully architect a plausible deniability position. On a separate note, I knew people in a competing sales group that took vacations without reporting the time and just took their laptop with them. Everyone wonders why the company is so ill.

Funny I am on the fiber Team and have 0 cases against me. Its people like you who caused the quotas to be so high and created this mess. If you stopped doing these dam Upgrades years ago along with the other scammers our stock would be way up there, but Sad people like you caused this.

You work for an immoral employer. Most figure that out within a month or two. You have to decide if that sets with you well enough to get paid.

Pad your numbers, get fired.
Report the correct numbers, get fired because you don’t pad them.

See the commonality in the cases.

People, including level 4 leaders are now micromanaging sales orders and trying to squeeze as much blood out of the turnip as possible. They will eventually let you go, but they are making things as difficult as humanly possible, trying to get you to cry Uncle and maybe leave on your own.

IMO never cheat on anything- your numbers. Your expense reports. Anything!

“Traditionally approved” mean Chow approved and laid instructions to do so. Is following CEO directions something sales shouldn’t do?
