As an associate I was advised that a rif may be happening and was suggested to start looking for other job opportunities. Which I did. So if your getting hit with the RIF it’s because you waited for the rif. I’m sad the centers are closing because of our members. This place keeps them sane.
Don't waste your time caring. Humana doesn't care. They've shifted their focus to government medicare advantage business, Big racket run by AI who will determine who has reached their sell by date.
